The Universal Web Viewer

The Inforalgo Universal Viewer has been developed into a Web enabled Viewer allowing users access to the same features, trade information, cross reference data and configuration that they enjoyed with the Universal Viewer but in a browser instead.

The immediate benefit of this is that no client installation is required and secure access can be obtained from any location with internet access. This is an essential part of our managed service solution which will enable authorised users to view trades and allocations and their status in the upload process. The viewer also allows correction and resubmission of trades rejected by Bloomberg and viewing of transactions for audit purposes.

Just like the in-house Universal Viewer the Web Viewer is highly configurable to allow the user the required access to the information they need. The following items can be configured using the accompanying configuration editor to suit the needs and roles of each client.

• Users and Permissions - users can be assigned different roles which in turn allow them different permission on objects within the Web Viewer. An operations employee may require read only access for troubleshooting and auditing, a trader may require edit access for resubmitting trades that are in error or have been rejected.

User Login Screen
• Menu Structure – up to twenty menu groups can be defined to categorise the components and make management easier.

• Views – a view shows all or some of the data held within a table in a format that the user would like to see. Often there are views for each staging table to display the relevant information on what has been received and processed for each ECN implemented into the service. There is no limit to how many views and sub views that can be displayed.

Execution Reports Screen
• Filters – are created to allow sorting trade data easier, these are configurable but the common filters can be based on date, status, error condition, trader, book, ECN or any combinations of these.
