Pre Emptive Services

Inforalgo offers an optional pre-emptive health check, as an extra service, where authorised support staff remotely access systems before the start of the business day and ensure that there are no issues.

Experience has shown this to be beneficial to both client and vendor as issues are often identified in advance which minimises any disruption during trading hours.

The pre-emptive checks ensure that:
• All batch data generated overnight has been received and processed
• Real Time connections are established, heart beating with the data provider and ready for the start of the business day
• Data availability to back office systems and other 3rd party vendors has been processed successfully
• End of day processing and scheduled jobs have completed
• No errors or warnings have been generated since the last health check
• Server Performance and Capacity is adequate
